These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Surgit mobile application and website. By using Surgit, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Surgit. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features are offered through auto-renewing subscriptions processed exclusively by Apple via In-App Purchases. Apple manages billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. Surgit does not control Apple's payment systems.
Free Trials
Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled through your Apple ID settings before the trial ends.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Surgit a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and analyze such content solely to provide and improve the App's features.
Fitness and Medical Disclaimer
Important: Surgit provides fitness and wellness guidance only. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. Use of the App is at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and Website are owned by Surgit or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surgit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
