If you choose to connect Apple Health, we may access fitness and health-related data such as workout activity, heart rate variability, and sleep data. Apple Health data is used solely to provide fitness insights and is never used for advertising.

AI Processing and Data Storage
Surgit uses a hybrid processing model. Some AI analysis occurs on your device, while certain photos, videos, and related data may be securely uploaded to our servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) for processing and storage. Uploaded content is retained until you delete it or your account is removed.
Analytics
We use Apple App Analytics and RevenueCat to understand App performance and manage subscriptions. These services collect limited usage and transaction data and do not use your information for advertising purposes.
Data Retention
If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within six (6) months, unless retention is required by law.
Your Rights
